We haven’t even filled it up yet, which is unusual! Limited Shelf Height Options, Great Ice Maker. I do love this refrigerator and would have gladly given it 5 Stars except for one design flaw that is so obvious I’m surprised that the engineers who designed it didn’t notice this issue. The shelf adjustments on this model only allow for two shelf height options per shelf. The resulting issue is that there is no way to configure the shelves to accommodate an item taller than 10 1/2”. We had to remove 1 shelf to fit tall items which wastes an entier shelf of potential space 🙁
Seriously, did whoever design this fridge actually try putting items in it before it was approved for production? (Where’s the head exploding emoji when you need it!)
If anyone at LG reads my review and resolves this issue in the future I would love to have LG send me the new LSXC22396S v2.0 so I can actually use all of the shelves that came with the fridge. (I’ll happily give you the one I have now in exchange and change my review to 5 Stars!)

Love it. Side by side is great design– things get lost with the big freezer drawer. The use of space is really brilliant overall. You can arrange the shelves to accommodate items over 10 inches in the main part of the fridge AND the lower shelf in the door will too, so I’m not sure why some reviews said this wasn’t possible. I set up the wifi using the app, no problems there. The little ice cubes are a nice size. I like that you don’t push a button to switch between ice and water, but that they are separate dispensers. It’s pretty easy to keep clean. We are all very pleased with our beautiful, smart fridge and I’m very happy about the price!

Our Ice still tastes horrible. We bought our refrigerator about 3 weeks ago. So far, our only complaint is that the ice still smells and tastes like plastic! We emptied about 5 gallons of water when we first got it to get the filter cleaned out. We have also emptied our ice out, every day, hoping the smell and taste would go away….still here….

Wanted a counter depth because of a narrow width area entrance to our kitchen. Love the ice maker in the door. Makes plenty of ice but does not take up freezer space. Looks good! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought a couple of weeks ago. Clean looking! Runs quiet! I wasn’t sure about the small window, but I find that I use it all the time. Middle shelf can hold a 12 pack of drinks and bottom shelf hold a gallon of milk plus juice and more.
Wanted it in Black stainless, but it wasn’t available. However, with the black window, I think it still looks good.

It is a counter depth french door refrigerator, and though many counter depths are lacking on space, LG designed this one so efficiently to where I forget this is a counter depth fridge. Very Happy w/ LG French Door Refrigerator. Purchased this unit July 2022 during kitchen remodel. Migrated from side-by-side. This unit satisfied my requirements: simple design, user friendly, no ice/water outer door dispensing, (yes, it does make ice in the freezer drawer), counter-depth, bright stainless steel, easy access to a wide entry for food storage, shallow fridge drawer and on. I have been very happy even during So.CAL extreme heat wave; no problems. Very happy with no encumbering water/ice interior dispensers. The freezer ice works just fine. I’ve adapted to the lower freezer, as I expected. The freezer drawer opens and closes solidly – unlike some I tried in the stores. The 2 French doors open/close well and access to a larger interior is so much better for me. The stainless steel is lovely brightness and bought an LG dishwasher because of the SS steel finish for continuity. Price point was reasonable and LG is trusted manufacturer. 10 yr warranty was a real plus and valuable purchase point. Expecting to have this unit for a considerable length of time. Very happy.

This fridge has all the essentials. This LG refrigerator was delivered to me on 8/29/22; therefore, I have had it for about a month and a half. It has been working perfectly. When it was delivered it had two minor cosmetic defects, one on the freezer handle and the other on the right door; however, LG corrected both problems by replacing the freezer handle and the entire right door. LG provided outstanding customer service to correct these minor issues and I am very happy with the way I have been treated by LG. The LG customer-care team checked with me periodically, via text, to ask whether the work had been completed and, apparently, made sure that the independent repair business did the work. The work was done expeditiously and the fridge looks perfect. I cannot express how much I have been impressed by the customer service provided by LG. This fridge has French doors and a bottom freezer, with ice maker. It is counter depth and fits into the space better than what we had before. Despite it being counter depth, it was seemingly as much space inside is our previous side-by-side standard fridge.

Love the simplicity! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose this fridge because I wanted simplicity after owning another brand of fridge whose ice dispenser stopped working after 5 years and whose condenser died after not even 10. I haven’t had my LG long enough to testify to its durability over the long haul, but so far, so good! My last fridge was a side-by-side, which I’ll never do again. There is so much more fridge space in bottom freezers. Tall bottles don’t fit on the shelves as is, but there are roomy side door shelves that hold them just fine. If you want to fit a 12-pack of beer bottles, you might have to adjust the main glass shelves. Love the wide drawer for cheese and snacks. It’s a beautiful fridge and no problem cleaning fingerprints at all. Glad I got this one.

Love the counter depth. This refrigerator is great! It is counter depth, but wide, so it is easy to see everything on the shelves. The doors have huge shelves, to easily store and organize condiments.
There is a small ice maker, if you choose to hook it up. I’m not a big fan of drawer freezers, but this one is the easiest to organize, that I’ve seen.
