I’d do less if I could Took 2 weeks to get here disappointed because it said 3 dayside

Still not fixed. I want to stress that these controllers are great….. when they work. Elite controllers have a history of being unreliable. With this one they made a big speech about how they listened to the consumers and fixed all the hardware issues they’ve had. However that is not the case. One week in and I’m experiencing the dreaded stick drift and the controoler keeps disconnecting from the Xbox. Luckily im still within the return window so I can exchange it.
To give a background I had the original series 2 controller in black. In the 2.5 years Ive had it here are the things that were done:
1. replaced by microsoft because the shoulders didnt work.
2. fixed by microsoft because the replacement kept disconnecting.
3. replaced under square trade because the original warranty lapsed.
4. fixed by square trade for stick drift
5. fixed by square trade for connectivity issues.
6. shoulder buttons are refistering twice and unfortunately my warranty ran out.
If you decide to fo with this controller, I HIGHLY recommend getting the insurance and have a backup controller.

You get what you pay for. Other reviewers are just salty. You know what you’re buying here. Build is fine as long as you don’t repeatedly drop the thing. There’s a lot more moving parts with these than a normal basic controller. I use my elites about 5 days a week every week and they last about a year. These white ones came out just in time for me needing a new one.

Solid controller. This is my third one I have elites for both Xbox’s and my pc. No issues they work flawless and use them 7 days a week all, not one has a stick drift problem like the scuf.
Love the white color way matches my pc and garage Xbox S.

Missing items!! I purchased this controller and it’s missing the thumb sticks and the triggers. It works great but the main reason I purchased this was for the amenities and they are not there. Reached out to the company and have yet to receive a response

Great wireless pro controller. I love the look and feel of this controller. The paddles are perfect for me. A little bit overpriced compared to the competition, but those are usually wired controllers or have a slightly off feeling controller.
