This item was shipped by a 3rd party seller. I received an item that was USED and damaged when it was sold as new. The cord was split with protruding wires. While the seller has agreed to allow me to return I have not been able to do so due to closures for COVID19.

Buyer Beware. This so called “brand new” Loigtech C920s Pro Webcam was delivered to me in a simple clear plastic bag that was in a poorly made bubble-wrap style envelope sleeve (see included picture)! That’s it!! After overpaying for this camera at $172 versus usual retail of $70-$90, I expected the camera to at least be in a Logitech branded sealed box. That’s not too much to ask for right? Maybe it’s a refurbished camera? Webcams are in such demand that I had no choice in buying at the higher price because I have an important video conference meeting coming up soon. I didn’t mind paying more, but IMO, it felt like I was sent a used product. Learned my lesson on purchasing online with Walmart and their 3rd party vendor, “Buydeals” based in Flushing, NY. Walmart assisted in sending me a return shipping form, but told me that I needed to work-out the refund directly with “Buydeals”. Based on research and other consumer comments about “Buydeals”, I returned the product and disputed the charge with the credit card company that I used for the purchase. All-in all a very disappointing experience.

Excellent webcam! This is a great webcam. I plugged it in and the computer immediately recognized it. The picture is clear (it has a great brightness setting if your room has poor lighting). The audio is also clear and strong. No problems.

The only little thing is price: Walmart sells it for just at $125. Other retailers offer it at $70 to $80. That’s a big difference in today’s marketplace. BUT, I found the others were all out of stock. And I needed a camera for a new computer and this one is so highly reviewed, I paid the extra. It arrived quickly, and I’m happy with it.

Works great – came unpackaged, sort of. The Webcam is all fine. I found it a little disconcerting that it arrived in clear bag, but no other packaging. No instructions, brochure, information – not a single piece of paper or packaging from Logitech. I didn’t need it – I have other versions of this and they are simple to hook up, but still found it odd. It had thin clear film wrapped on it which certainly looked original and new. It works fine, recognized properly by Logitech software.

Logitech C920 Pro HD Webcam. The C920 Pro HD is a high quality webcam. You have to go to the Logitech website and download the app to have the advanced camera settings at your disposal. You can adjust the color, switch between standard mode or widescreen mode, etc. The microphone was the weakest feature of this webcam. You are better off using an external mic source than the built-in mic.

Not good for Apple users. If you have an Apple product (event he absolute newest hardware and software), there is a good chance that this webcam won’t work, or at least won’t work consistently. There is a software problem that is not fixed and there is not estimate on when it will be fixed. Expect periodic freezes, delays and constant running of your fan – plus hardware shutdowns. Don’t bother contacting customer support.
