perfect size, very reliable, long battery life. I decided to upgrade to the iPhone 14 Pro from my iPhoneProMax 12 because the phone was a bit to heavy for me. The iPhone 14 Pro is the perfect size and weight for my hands – so far my hands are much happier at the end of the day. The screen size difference really isn’t that noticeable in comparison to the max – at least for me.
As for differences in models – the basics all seem to be the same with a few added features. However, so far they have not been super useful in my everyday routine. There’s the always on feature:I found I butt dialed people a lot. My music would play in my pocket. And in the end I turned it off because I realized I really didn’t need my phone to be “always on”. That being said, I am sure there are situations where this may be useful.The improved battery life: Yes it definitely does last longer.
I will give credit where credit is due though. So, the camera is amazing on it and is far more advance than I am. I think that it takes better pictures than I do. They have added a bunch of new features to the camera but I haven’t used them – or should I say looked up how to use them yet.
I find this phone to be fast, reliable, lightweight, and definitely worth the investment.

Not worth the money! Bought this phone because I could find a brand new one anywhere. It came on time and was exactly what I ordered, and the battery was at 98% health. However, when I set up the phone I found that Siri couldn’t hear my voice, voice memos couldn’t record my voice, and audio messages didn’t work. As well as some scratches and wear on the steel band. For the price of these “refurbished” phones might as well just buy one brand new, it’s not worth risking spending all that money just to gamble that the phone works…

Easy set-up process. Though locked to straight talk the phone was easy to set up like any other iphone. Going from an 11 to a 14 Pro, you have to contact straight talk to activate the 14 Pro eSim Card since the 11 has a physical sim and the transfer process doesn’t work without their activation. That process was slightly drawn out and I had to talk to two agents before finally getting service moved from one phone to another after a day.

Believe it or not, OnTrac is currently shipping my phone back and forth between their processing facilities and won’t even respond to my queries on what’s going on. As long as Walmart keeps using these guys, my advice is that you find somewhere else to do your shopping.

Worst Service I Have Ever Experienced! Instead of going through so many details of what went wrong let me be more concise in bullet points on why I will never buy a refurbished phone and may even boycott Walmart as a whole from this day forward.
1) They sold us a STOLEN iPhone through one of their 3rd party vendors which apparently they don’t verify the quality of their product.
2) They said we could return it to the store, but then refused to accept the return even though we had an email confirmation for the return process.
3) They STILL have not followed up concerning this crime that we reported back to them and STILL have not refunded us the price of the iPhone.
Needless to say I am not happy with Walmart, they don’t accept blame for actions that were undeniably their fault, and I cannot emphasize this enough STAY AWAY from Walmart especially when it comes to “refurbished” phones aka stolen and sold back to the public. You might as well be trying to buy from the black market if you are considering purchasing refurbished electronics from this sketchy “main brand” product.

Terrible Customer Service, Fradulent Product. I want to preface this by saying I never ever leave reviews on anything. I usually suck up the faulty product or bad service and move on but after what I went through today, I felt I needed to say something so no one else has to deal with what I went through today.
I bought an Iphone 14 pro with this company. I made sure to purchase one that was carrier unlocked so that I may use my own carrier on my old phone to switch it over. The phone came in prefect condition physically and was free of any scratches, dents, or dings. However when I began to set up the phone I ran into several issues.
Firstly, I began by logging in with my apple ID and begining to update the phone. The screen was stuck on updating for hours and took so long that I had to sit on the phone with apple for 4 hours to force restart the phone and troubleshoot the issue on their end.
After that I called my mobile provider to transfer sims over. This is when I was told that the phone was “blacklisted” by verizon and was listed as lost and still had collections payments on it from verizon. I was on the phone disputing this for another 4 hours when they told me there was nothing they could do and that the phone was defective.
I then reached out to Walmart who reached out to Loop Mobile because Walmart also couldn’t do anything about it. This is where I was told by Loop (through email because the customer service phone number doesnt work) that I needed to repackage and return the phone to fedex. They couldn’t even be bothered to process an exchange.
All in all I wasted my time and money with this company and I will not be going through that again. Their response time was horrible and they are not truthful about their product descriptions and will sell you something that straight up cannot be used. I’d put zero stars if I could.

4 out of 5. Good phone. Almost returned it because certain apps and internet wasn’t working. By the 3rd day it cleared up and works great now. Only other negative is the battery health is at 84% which really sucks because that was one of the main reasons I upgraded from my 12. The battery life was dwindling.

It was in a plastic bag that had dust and hair in it which probably caused more scratches. I can see deep scratches and chips clearly at arms length. I paid $56 in taxes which I was told would be a down payment to get the phone but the money was not applied to my new phone . The price is noted at $645 but through Verizon it’s $679.00 and the $56 I paid was not applied . Also is showing on Verizon’s system it’s a Mac ox s operating system. Not happy !
